Gift Vouchers
Instructions on how to buy:
Register for a TeamUp account or log in to your account via the website link.
You can not purchase gift vouchers on the app.
Along the top bar is an option for Gift Vouchers. Select this option.
Select the amount you wish to purchase.
Enter the name (full name or nick name) of the person you are gifting the voucher to.
Enter the email address of the person you are gifting the voucher to.
Select the date on which you wish the gift voucher to arrive, e.g. their birthday, Christmas Day etc.
Select purchase.
Enter your card details and then select purchase. Once completed, you will receive an email receipt for the purchase.
The person receiving the gift voucher will receive an email on the designated date and will need to follow the instructions to redeem the voucher.
Please Note:
Gift voucher can only be purchased 3 months in advance of selected delivery date.
Gift vouchers are non-refundable after being purchased.
Gift vouchers are non-transferable to another person or studio location after being purchased.
Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months following the selected delivery date.
Gift vouchers cannot be extended past their expiry date.
