From a young age Michelle had a passion for dancing and performing. This passion continued throughout her teens and she went onto college to study performing arts.
But in her last year at college she found out she was... Pregnant! At 7 weeks she became very poorly and was admitted to hospital where she stayed for a couple of months meaning she had to leave college and put her passion for dance on hold.
Michelle stayed in hospital for 6 months going from a size 6 to a size 16. She was not able to eat or drink properly but after her baby boy was born she started the road to recovery. And she decided to try something new to get fit again.
Michelle discovered POLE and her life changed. She fell in love and was addicted after just one lesson.
7 years later she has lost 5 stone in total and gained her confidence back. Michelle trained to be an instructor and now she says being able to teach others what she has achieved over the years is the best feeling ever.
Michelle is one of the most experienced instructors on The Pole Studio team and manages the Chessington studio.
Michelle is a Level 2 Fitness Instructor, a REPS endorsed Pole Studio Fitness Instructor, fully insured and First Aid certified.
