Emily started Pole Fitness when she was looking for a fun, keep-fit activity after giving up gymnastics. Shortly after moving to Australia in 2011, she discovered the gymnastic side of Pole Fitness, became completely addicted and started competing in 2014. Emily even wrote a post graduate research project about how pole can become a recognised sport.

Emily says pole has made her fitter, stronger and more toned than she has ever have been.

Emily is a REPS endorsed Pole Studio Instructor, a qualified gymnastics coach and ski instructor, fully insured and First Aid certified.
