DeeDee tried a pole fitness class on a hen weekend in 2015 and she couldn't wait to get home to find the nearest studio to her so she could start learning more and more. DeeDee trains 4 times a week at the gym and on the pole focusing on progressing her own abilities as much as she can.
All DeeDee has ever wanted to do since getting on a pole is to be able to teach people, saying "I want every student to be able to feel as much passion for it like I do. I love what pole fitness has done for my self-confidence and it's great for keeping in shape too! I personally think it's the best fitness you can do!".
