Pole Dancing Classes
Please call or e-mail us to find out about availability and course dates. Below is a list of classes broken down by ability.
Level One
Level One will introduce you to the basics of pole dancing including dance moves, transitions, floorwork and basic spins. You will also be taught a mini routine which you will build upon each week.
The aim of Level One is to build your confidence on and around the pole. We encourage you to 'go for it' and have fun - every pole dancer has had to learn from the start at one time or another! So don't worry, we've all been there. At the end of this Level, you can either choose to move onto the Level Two course or just come back once in a while for top-up refresher 1-2-1 lessons. Level One usually takes 6 weeks to attain. View Photos | Prices
Level Two
Level Two teaches you more demanding spins, transitions, dance moves and floorwork. You will also be introduced to climbs and work on the pole. Plenty of recap work is done, as well as freestyle pole play time. At the end of Level Two, you will learn a longer and more difficult routine than in Level One. Like Level One, Level Two will take about 6 weeks to master. View Photos | Prices
Level Three
Once you reach Level Three, you will be stronger and fitter, so you will be learning more challenging climbs, static holds, spins and inverts. We will also teach you performance techniques. At this Level, each move takes longer to achieve so expect the classes to move more slowly and things to take longer. In order to book a Level Three class, you must have had some pole dancing experience and be able to do basic spins, floorwork and Pole Stand. View Photos | Prices
Levels Four, Five and Six
Our Level Four and super advanced classes incorporate harder tricks, inverts, spins and holds. They require greater strength than the previous three Levels. Once you reach this stage you will be mastering moves you never thought possible. View Photos | Prices
