The Pole Studio is one of the biggest Pole Fitness schools in the UK. With a number of full time, dedicated studios as well as classes in various David Lloyd and Nuffield Health Fitness & Wellbeing Centres across the South East, we run over 80 group classes a week and many more private lessons. We are REPS approved and all of our instructors are fully insured and qualified exercise professionals.
Whether you are a beginner looking for a fun way to get fit with friends or if you are an advanced pole dancer wanting to learn the latest tricks, we have a class for you.

At The Pole Studio we will provide you with a total body workout, regardless of your age, size or fitness level. Pole Fitness will increase your flexibility, help you lose weight, build your core strength, stamina and fitness and most importantly, it's great fun.
Each lesson consists of a warm up, series of dance moves, spins, poses and transitions around and on the pole then a cool down.
If you have any medical conditions, injuries or are worried about any aspect of your health that may prevent you from doing physical activity you must consult your doctor prior to attending any class.
Please advise your instructor of any health conditions at the start of the class.

We DO NOT teach anyone under the age of 16 years. Participants between the age of 16 and 18 years must have consent from a parent or guardian.
